Shipping Policy

Shipping Area
Sun Bear Mead delivers within the Netherlands and to selected EU countries where the import of alcohol is legally permitted. Orders outside these regions cannot be accepted.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

Delivery Time
We aim to dispatch orders within 3–14 business days. For international deliveries, shipping times may be longer.

Carrier & Tracking
PostNL handles deliveries. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Transfer of Risk
The risk of loss or damage transfers once the order is physically received by you (or a person authorized by you).

Delivery Conditions

• Delivery will only be made if the recipient is 18 years or older.
  
  

• The carrier may request proof of identification upon delivery.
  
  

• If the recipient does not meet the age verification requirement, the order will be returned, and any costs incurred will be charged to the customer.
